I am 42 years old and born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and witnessed the city's growth in real estate. After graduating from Advanced Technologies Academy at age 17 I was called for an interview at a real estate company as a transaction coordinator and that was where I began to learn what real estate was. A couple of years later I moved to the mortgage side of the business as a jr. loan processor and learned quite a bit about loans. At age 18 I bought my first new construction condo. This sparked a huge interest in me, and I enrolled in real estate school and became licensed, but I was still only interested in doing this as a spare time agent, then I did it part time and eventually full time and that was the best decision I could have ever made. I've experienced the high end of the market, but also the low end. I have a huge passion for what has become my career! I love helping people and I will give each client my very best whether it’s assisting them with selling, buying or renting. The Hispanic community has been great to me and with me being raised by Mexican parents I learned to read, write and speak Spanish which I am beyond thankful for. My clients become more than just clients to me. My business is ALL referral based. I have never had to advertise in 20+ years. Been Top 250 Latino Agent for year after year. When not selling real estate, I am enjoying every second with my Grandkids. I have traveled and visited new places in the world thanks to my son when he was playing soccer.
